Not a fan

So, despite my high hopes, Nate is not a fan of his new wading pool. We tried it today and he lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Of course, he started crying after just 1 minute, but I was distracting him with toys, splashing, and the camera. He kept trying to get out of the pool because he saw my cell phone. Awesome.


Not sure why he didn't like it....the weather was perfect - hot - so the lukewarm water should have felt good. The sun wasn't in his eyes too much, though when I tried to put him all the way under the "sun shade," he screamed at the top of his lungs. Guess he likes to sunbathe like his momma!


Anyways, hopefully he'll warm up to it next time. In fact, we'll probably try it again this weekend if the rain holds off. He better get used to the water soon, because 2 weeks from today, we'll be at the beach!!!!!!
