The First of Many "Lasts"

Thursday was Nate's last day at MDO :( It was really sad saying goodbye to his teachers... for them, for him, for me. We have really loved his school for the past 2 years and will miss it so much. I feel like he has really blossomed into this funny, smart, quirky little guy and I know his school/teachers are a big reason why.

Here he is, on his first day of school this year. August 2010.

And then yesterday, before his last day. May 2011.

Another reason we loved Nate's MDO so much was because his best buddy Grant went there too! So we'd see him 2x/day, every Tuesday & Thursday. And the boys had the cutest ritual...would always want to hang out by the fish tank in the lobby at the start & end of each day. We will miss seeing our buds, Miss Hallie & Grant!!

you are right - it is only the beginning of say goodbye to TN. hopefully it will be one chapter ending and a new, exciting one starting :)

it seems like you guys have a really amazing network there. i know it is going to be sad to say goodbye to so much. but i know you are excited about your new place too...moving is tough.
